Easy enough to judge...call around to some of the builders and see if they are still doing price reductions or if they are starting to increase their prices. That should be a decent gage

No one has a crystal ball, there are many factors to consider. Are there sales? How long does a property sit on the market, are the prices still dropping... and so on and so on
