Hi there,

I am a novice real estate investor, so far I have one property but i am very excited to get a second. I try to listen to sound advice and learn as much as I can....i think the scariest thing was making the plunge to buy that first property and now I wonder what took me so long!

For my "real" job, I ironically work with Real Estate companies on improving their communications internally and externally with co-workers and clients respectively. You may be surprised how some companies have a distinct advantage by this very overlooked piece of their business. Feel free to reach out to me at krdjr7@verizon.net if you would like to discuss.

Regards,
Ken

What's the best advice you could give to communicate to prospective clients regarding ethics and integrity and hence attracting them to do business with you? I find most agens just say, "I did or I Sold $$$$ or I am . . . " I feel that's too agent-centric and ineffective. What would you say?
