Hello everybody,

I´m new here and I am hoping to find someone who could offer me some advise.

I am looking for some information on building my first house over here in Mexico.
To make it a more attractive investment, I was thinking of building a three story high building. The first floor will be up for rent for commercial purposes and the second and third floor will become a home.

I was hoping someone could help get me started on a business plan for this.
The project will be financed by 3 people and I want to present a solid and in-depth plan to them.

Anyone here has an real estate example plan they really like?

Wow! It sounds great, and could be very appealing to someone who wants to own a business and live close by. There are such projects elsewhere in the states that you could use as examples, but I am not sure how to apply it to MX.

Someday, I want to retire there. Love visiting!

That sounds awesome, maybe you and your investors could use that bottom floor as an office for more realty.

I would recommend that you go to the library or book store to find a book on how to create a business plan as that would have more information than any of us writting in a little 5x3 box.

I love mexico..good luck

First, Are you looking for advise on how to structure the actual business OR you just need help documenting your ideas, in an acceptable way to present to potential investors/banks?

Well, Idon't know much about business plans but I do know something about house decoration. I believe madeinchina.com/2719575/P5367846/Furniture.shtml will help you a lot on choosing the rihgt furnitures f:)or your house!

Thanks for the link I found lots of cool stuff on here. Great style, modern, I wonder how good the quality is. I ask since the domain reads madeinchina. I needed some pieces for my bathroom.
