this would be my first investment... but i was thinking about what kind of loans i can get to buy a 2 apt. complex for me to live in tha back and rent the bigger on and use that money to pay off the loan. is there any specific discountd for first time buyers??

Anywhere is good to invest if you buy low enough at the first place...

so the best bet is to look around first am i right?? After looking around what should i be looking for as far as payments and interest rates and such....
