Well, there is not much to tell. I'm a just licensed RE agent in Socal Orange County. Greenhorn :) I know it's a lousy time to get into this business but I said.. Hey, I'll take it from the bottom now, would be only better in the future... right? (trying to be as optimistic I can)

I want to learn as much as I can. Looks like Internet is the best marketing instrument lately.
