Anyone hear of 1parkplace? If so, I would like to know what you think of them. I am thinking about entering a relationship with them, and I would like to know what people here think about their service and products.

I'm in the same industry as them and the most common thing that I hear about them from clients is that they do not feel they get much flexibility. Keep in mind though, I usually hear from people that are looking to make a change. I don't hear from people that are staying with them because they wouldn't be contacting me. Good Luck!

I would agree with the above post. NOt much flexibility and hard to deal with if there is a problem.
Having said that, I beleive they have one of the best solutions in the marketplace. The main reason is that although they charge about the same as other IDX solutions, they have a very robust built in CRM and drip email marketing system built in to the back end which is much better than anything I have seen in the market place.

I have never heard of them. Did you decide to work with them, and if yes how did that go?

I have a client that uses 1parkplace for his Orlando real estate (http://www.buyerbroker.com) web site. He likes their product and has not had any problems with their services,

well i accepted their deal, from what I have seen their solution is great at capturing leads, and they are now working on more of the marketing end as well, although one thing not so great I noticed is that they seem to be a little disorganized at times. They seem to be a company that values innovation and creativity when appropriate and I guess creative people arnt always so organized. They seam to have a disproportionate number of technical people to sales people, reverse of what I have seen of other places in the industry (HOMES.COM, ADVANCED ACCESS, Z57). But be glad about that, no one wants more phone calls from sales people.
