Hi All,

We are from the frozen Minnesota. It is -15 outside and the windchill is -40. It is COLD.

Our company is based in St Paul. Our business focus is on real estate fractional ownership. We fractionalize luxury vacation homes and assemble a small group of 5 co-owners to own the property. These properties are handpicked for their location and investment value. Fractional ownership hasn't been around for too long. Some folks think it is just a high-end timeshare. In fact, timeshares have little or no ownership, whereas fractional owners are deeded owners.

We also have strong interest in other areas of real estate. We'd love to learn more from folks here and network with those who share similar interest.

Thanks and see you around!

Hello & welcome,

Just curious how fractional ownership differs from or is similar to joint tenancy or tenancy in common.

Hello & welcome,

Just curious how fractional ownership differs from or is similar to joint tenancy or tenancy in common.

Very often, the terms fractional ownership and TIC are used interchangeably. It all depends how a property is fractionalized. There are some minor differences and tax implications.
