Hi, my name is Vanbao from Rainny Seattle Washington. I am not a real estate agent but more like a real estate investor. I just closed a $1 mil deal for a 10 unite apparment in Mukilteo Washington next to Boeing. I don't know how prices are in other areas of the contry but here in the NW, that is pretty cheap.

Anyway, I am here to ask for you comment. I have a Business Listing site that businesses such as restaurants and salons add their business profiles. They can add pictures, video, map, guestbooks, reviews, etc.. It is almost like having a website.

I have just added the real estate section so that realtor can add a profile of themselves here along with pictures of their listings or videos. My thinking is that realtors can use this as a way to introduce themselves to new clients.

If you don't mind, could you check it out and let me know if this would be a useful tool for realtors. If you think it is, please add your profile.

The site is in my signature and you can view a typical profile by searching for a listing called "bonjour"

Thank you

Welcome to the Real Estate Forum.com. That's great that you closed that deal!

With regard to your signature, I would put something in there as an anchor text to help with your SEO for the website. I wish you well!

Yeah, it took 4 months but I got a very low commercial interest rate of 6.5% for 5 years. It was a foreign bank that financed it. Could not find any domestic bank who were willing to do it.

As for creating your profile on goMaika.com, I personally think it saves a lot of time. On Craiglist, I constantly have to post a new post or else mine would be loss.

With goMaika, you can create a video about you or whatever you want and post it on there.

I think this is a very great way for realtors to maintain a profile of themselves. Kind of like myspace but it all business related.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on that $1m deal. It does sound alittle inexpensive but every market is different. Glad you joined and welcome from Tampa Florida
