Hello all,
I too have been in the Creative Real Estate industry for many years, well just over five. That's a lot for some.
I'm active duty Military and have been for just over 18 years. So I've found Lease Purchase, (Lease Options - Rent to Own) to be the best way for me to build my real estate business.
I move a lot as you can imagine. I need short and cheap ways to make deals. I've tried the Carlton Sheets course as well as Rober Allen's stuff but I needed cash quicker than what I could get from Flips and rental property.
I look forward to learning a lot from every one here. I will also share my experience in Internet Marketing and Lease Options.
