Lets see...I am 22 newly married and expecting a baby in July/August. I am a combat medic in the army. I am trying to buy a house for me and my wife to live in while I build my businesses and serve my country. I am also trying to start a real estate business. Welcome to the forum. Congrats in advance on the upcoming birth of your child (one of lifes truly most amazing things-get rest now). Changing jobs always makes people curious but it sounds like you have a plan and good luck with it.

Welcome to the forum ! Sounds like you have a really good plan ! Keep us posted on how it's going ... also if you want to start a real estate business, you should consider giving the agents some really good advantages(like sites, advertises, ...) to register in your office
