I remember I was checking properties there in mid 90's...A studio was around $750K...So I bought 4 2/2 condos in South Beach, FL for $190K :D

I know what you mean I worked with the client who has a 9.5 million dollar house there and put 2.5 million remodel into it and they only go there a few times a year. It was basically a corporate retreat. Must be nice!

Funniest thing was they actually have like radiant heat under the porch and driveway and left it on over the winter by accident and costed like 7500.00 a month for the utility bill. I joked with him all the buffalo and long horn sheep were probably toasting the heals every am in his driveway.
