First post- florida investor with some new strategies

Hi everyone,
I am a full time real estate wholesaler in south east florida for the last two years. Currently, I'm redesigning my wholesale website and we've been restructuring our business since the change in market. That means were doing more subject to properties and working with more cash only buyers.
I have seen some really great deals coming up and I think we're entering probably the best buy market in Florida in years.

I have several adjuncts to my primarly wholesale business and believe in multiple streams of income.

I look forward to learning about new real estate opportunities and participating in the forum.
