I want to know if the most people on this are from USA , and if there is a small comunity from Europe. I`m more interested in finding information about real estate in European Union.

I could potentially put you in touch with a couple of great contacts with regard to this. What, exactly, are you looking for with regard to the RE markets?

Hey i just moved to Fl from the UK
Watch out for reputible companies and RE firms in Europe! - there is very little qualification and competency requirements in much of the EU and Realtors (or Estate agents as they are in the UK and around Europe) have a pretty bad rep!
If you need any help on UK or the east of Europe don't hesitate to let me know! I have a couple of places in Bulgaria that i bought a while back!

I'm from Arizona (USA), but I've noticed that there are several members from Europe and am sure that you'll find what you're looking for.

From Wisconsin, to California, to Illinois, hopefully North Carolina after that. I have no interest in Europe or foreign real estate markets for a number of reasons. The first is that the US dollar is not at its strongest right now and $$ will not get you as far. Then there are a number of other reasons including tax implications and other factors.
Hi,
I'm based in Spain at the moment and although estate agents in Europe (especially the UK) do occasionally have a bad reputation I would like to beg flhousesuk to please not tar us all with the same brush - especially in the same breath as pushing his own stuff :D
With the dollar where it is at the moment this is not the best time to be moving dollars into euros but what you might like to do is find an area that you like and then wait for the currencies to sort themselves out again. Although you may be in for the long haul there.
Have a look at our site and see what you think. This is a great area to be.
