I am somewhat new also and looking forward to your post. Wow 24 and your own home your are sure on the right track and shows me you are sure of what you want.

You remind me of my son he is in mid 20's and owns his own home and partner in a business. This generation I think is gonna be something children of the 80's. I see you all as very focused, computer savy and determined to do well and focused on your goals and achieving them. Good for you.
