Hello and Happy New Year to everyone. I am new to this forum and I look forward to exchanging information with everyone, and for starters I am sharing with everyone the ebook "The Realtors Guide to Broker Price Opinion's". If you are not familiar with BPO's, BPO's are a way for Real Estate agents and brokers to make extra money by performing price opinions of homes that are in default for lenders. It's an excellent guide that taught me how to go about doing BPO's and it gives you a list of lenders to contact to get you started. It's incredible. Good luck to everyone with everything that you are doing. Let's all be prosperous in 2008!
