Hello everyone, I'm here to see if any bit of new advice or info can pursuade me into getting into real estate investing. alot of people run from RE investing now becuase of the mortgage situation. I look at it like a time to shine. People will still need a place to live no matter if the industry is up or down. I dont think you need to invest in housing either. We still have tax leins, land, and refurbishing to feast from. I hope that we can all learn somthing from each other.
