Lease With Option Marketing tip (we forgot something)

On 12/30/07, we offered a Marketing Tip.
It was the Lease With Option. This allows a Realtor to get a house off the market that can't be sold by leasing it with an option to purchase.
The Realtor could get some CASH now and extend the listing for the length of the Lease With Option contract (usually two years) and then get the full commission.
Unfortunately, we forgot to give the web site where Realtors can go for instruction and also see how the Program works.

You will need to do a few deals before you know everything.
This is a site that we just put up several months ago. I am a Loan Officer and my friend is a Realtor. We are putting people that CAN'T now get mortgages into houses are not selling NOW.
Think about this for a moment!
We are making money from people that can not get a mortgage and putting them into houses that are not selling.
How about that for making lemonade out of lemons!
I bet the rest of the Loan Officers and Realtors are chasing the to few deals that can be done. How about chasing deals that nobody wants!
We are operating just in upstate New York presently but are toying with expending.
