Motivated in Indy

Hello all! Things are as tough in Indy as they are everywhere right now. I'm a Principal Broker here and decided to do something about it. Would love feedback on a new site dedicated to showcasing motivated listings. Equity Outpost dot com (sorry, can't link yet) is the site and I can give anyone with feedback a free membership to post their properties. Just went live on Monday and working on getting the site seeded with properties outside of Indy area.
