builder/invester in austin

Hello everyone looking forward to communicating. We are a builder, remodeling, development company in Austin Texas. Things do still look good in Austin even with the foreclosures and my building and remodeling buisness is still going great for anyone wondering. I have not purchased any new properties in a couple of years since I had the feeling thing would get a little cheaper. Time to start looking again. I work with other investors locally and am willing to talk to others if they are interested in Austin investment. We usually buy lots and build custom or remodel and hold or flip. I am currently holding properties that I purchased, remodeled and am looking to expand the portfolio. l do have in house realty services just fyi.
