Hello, and Happy Holidays to you. Unfortunately, the holidays aren't being very kind to the real estate market. I live in lower, slower Dealware in the summers and our maret isn't even at a standstill, it's at a total drop. My winter home in Ormond Beach, FL is another hard hit area. Luckily, I bought my properties fo rthe long halu and considering the current market, I'm looking at making a few more investments in my chosen areas for the time being. If not into the North Carolina and /or the Eastern shore of Mayland of Virginia.
