Hello
I got my R.E. license in August and i was so excited i joined with a company that only does rentals.This company was based in South Jersey(too far!) I should have done more research and i probably should have gone on more job interviews. Anyway i want to transfer my license to a company here in Essex County. I just dont know where to start! I am thinking a company with a good training program,a mentor,etc. Is there anybody out there who works for Prudential? What about Exit? I am new and i am looking to get started ,any advice on what company would take in and help someone who is looking to succeed in Real Estate?
