does anyone else on here attend seminars on investing techniques etc? or would consider doing so? Does anyone know if there are any investors/seasoned gurus interested or already doing any web based seminars? I am sick of going to seminars to learn about stuff i could right here. I am in Ct hnd have had to travel all over the place to attend seminars, and as much as i hate go, i always learn the most when i see, someone talk. Gets me motivated! I have been in touch with a few big investors. If i could get them to start producing web based video seminars would anyone else care about watching? Anyone interested in throwing some ideas around please let me know

I have a couple of investing techniques on my foreclosure site in my sig. I use to write article on a subject that I have to resolve. Last was the 'due on sale' clause for subject to. This solution works well. Plus a couple of tips on how to buy with no money. Also, it's free to read...you don't have to buy anything, unless you want to buy me a beer or something;)...Oh even better, can I email you my Santa list? :D

There is nothing at a seminar that you cannot read in a book:)
