What do you think about Lending Tree?

I just wanted to get inputs on what you think about Lending Tree. I have had a few people signup for it with good luck but wanted to get other peoples opinions. Have any of you or clients of yours used Lending Tree with good success?

It's just a site where paying mortgage brokers get leads and "compete".
Well, not anymore. For a decent loan, you need to have a 'good' salary and a 'good' score and a 'good' down payment...
