Nobody anymore.
I was working in Spain for RE/max and we got British looking to buy in Spain or Turkey. I know personally 3 of them who bought in Turkey for a vacation home. They get stolen each time they leave. When they come back for holidays, they home has no doors, no windows and is emptied...No tub, no toilet, tiles off, counter top...you name it...
