I am working with a direct lender that has multiple office locations in the USA and they are currently focusing on funding projects in the State of Texas.This funding source is looking to fund Condo conversions,residential, multiple rehabs,multifamily,hotels in Texas.
Easy and quick close. They also will look at doing Commercial and Land loans and Bridge Financing.
You must be direct a Borrower or have direct access only to the Borrower.
