Hello everyone. I'm selling my contracts to properties in Vancleave (near Biloxi), MS. This is a great area to be investing in for many reasons, which I can tell you about if you are interested. I have two single family homes locked up and ready to assign to an investor. Take one or both. These are pre-construction- you can still choose the plan that you want. Priced from $124,900 to $153,900. This is a great opportunity for SOOOOO many reasons...too many to go into here. Properties are GoZone eligible (depreciate 50% for tax purposes in first year!), they are eligible for Small Rental Assistance Program (government grant up to $36,500), they are locked up well below public pricing and FAR below appraised value (instant equity), and much more. They are in phase 2 of the project, with phase 1 to begin soon. Public prices should be even higher by the time they get to these. Low insurance rates for MS (esp. after Katrina) because of location and construction type. I'm asking $5,000 to take over the contract.
