we are a small local Realtor in Costa Rica with a new listing which is also our personal property for sale
24 acre mountain retreat with 7 apartment 7000 square foot open concept "sala" as they say in Costa Rica
we want to put this in as many markets as possible as it is definately a retirement opportunity and there is no effective MLS service in Costa Rica
we will pay 5% net commission for real buyer and obviously do not care what region or country the buyer comes from
any suggestions as to getting our message in front of as many agents, brokers and buyers as possible or at least practical ?
gracias

That property sounds amazing. Do you have a picture?
I wouldn't have the first clue about helping you though. The laws between the states are different enough as they are, I couldn't imagine dealing with something out of country.

This is a good start.
Are you getting search engine ranking?
If not, pay per click to get better ranking might work.

good morning Jon -
forum rules do not allow newbies to post URL links until we have 15 posts on the board - this is post number 7 (I believe) so there will be plenty of picture in the near future

good morning Iggy -
actually, we are not concerned with SEO as much as horizontal distribution - we are in a small market area but have a property that would be of interest to anyone around the world who is looking for an even temperature retirement zone
we are hoping to entice realators on several of these boards to help us make those contact points and we are willing to pay net 5% for the introduction to real buyer - KISS method
we see this and several other forums as a welcome partner for all of our niche properties and an opportunity for participating members to expand their possibilities
local laws and regs are a non-issue as we will take care of this end and all you would need is a 5% contract agreement for sending the ultimate buyer - si ?

Being in a small market area and wanting the world to see
your property makes you a perfect candidate for SEO.

not sure how SEO would help save direct hit on buyer - we think networking with agents and brokers around the world will get us better quality contacts ?
