Seeking realtor to sell property in San Marcos, CA

I co-owned a property with my aunt. She rents it out to tenants. But she's having financial difficulties. (She's got two other properties to take care of that I know of.) I know the market is not good now. But I'm also thinking of relocating end of 2008, and prefer not to come back to deal with this. I need someone who can walk me through the steps, detail all the fees and costs involved, appraise the value of the house, etc..the whole works. Thanks in advance.

I would go on google and search san marcos, ca real estate and contact someone that shows up. That will be much easier to find someone than coming on here.
