I am looking at some townhouses in the oakland hills and I was wondering if it was a good idea to get a 2 bed 2 1/2 bath 2 car garage 3 floors for 700,000 there is an incentive for 80,000 the loan is fixed loan the other townhomes sold in a couple of months an now are rented out for about 2500 a month. These townhomes were just built this year and they are building more around them, they are also builing a community center and a park by the townhomes, there still in progress they should be done some time next year im thinking the value will go up a little. I wanted to buy the townhome an do a lease option on it any advice
