Has anyone ever measured your traffic to lead generation ratio from your PPC advertising? I was wondering how many clicks we need to generate one lead and how many of leads to generate one sales.

Max, You are living in a mansion now! 100 posts!

I never PPC'd, so I can't help you on this one. Sorry. I just had to congratulate you on your post count!

You bet! And, I am enjoying my weekend. I'm a bachelor (sp?) this weekend, so I've been non-stop on the computer. :D

I hope you are enjoying your weekend as well!

SDR, Max and Pheonix,

I am getting about 60%. Do any of you have any stats on leads to sales? As you know the numbers fluctuate, but I am currently running $1.85 per lead.

I give these leads to agents in my area and just started 2 months ago and we are on the verge of a few sales but I would like to know your results if you would be willing to share.
Thanks

afm1, 60% is very impressive. WOW! And 1.85 a lead seems very reasonable.

afm1...All I can say is that is about the same range that we are running! As far as lead to closed transactions I can tell you that is a totally different game...However, well worth while! ;)

It depends on what your selling these leads for and the deal you have worked up.

From experience, a good lead is generated when a buyer or seller that is looking for specific information finds exactly what they are looking for. Most people are hesitant to leave their information but generic information that they feel they can get anywhere. Offering specific tools that give instant results usually entice buyers and sellers to leave their information with you.

We pull about 24% of our traffic into leads. 5% of those leads will close.
