What is the minimum that should be on a site that is targeted to a niche real estate market?
Last year when I was trying to sell a house I tried for about a month or so at FSBO before listing again with an agent. Being an internet marketer I thought "well I'll just put up a site about the RE market and community I live in focusing on my 1 house for sale". The site is only a few pages of content now but I do get visitors as I had done a little basic seo work at the time. It currently has adsense on it and makes a few buck each month.
I 'm thinking since it is there and earning it's keep, maybe I should put some more content on it and a lead gen aff program along side the adsense and then add a few more links to it. However besides text content what else can I add of value? I'd love to be able to list (rss feed or something) current homes for sale, but I'm not an agent and don't have access to the mls. Any recommendations? Thanks.
