Hello everyone,
I am from Spring Hill, Florida ( a transplant from New England) and I just started a new website: Our Creative Realty Listings Information
Homeowners (for sale by owner) and Real Estate agents can list their property for sale at a VERY reasonable fee. Right now there is a 1/2 price sale!!
The reason I started OCRL.INFO website was mainly for the homeowner who doesn't have the $$ to advertise or there's not enough equity in one's home to sell and pay the realtor's fee. This is just another avenue to help.
One of the benefits in advertising on this site is each lister will get his/her own website address to use on their advertising papers etc. For example:
If you were selling a house at 123 Main Street, you could have a web address as: 123mainstreet.ocrl.info
So drop on by and check it out. It's brand new! There is also the opportunity to advertise at reasonable rates on the website as well! Anyone is welcomed to link to it!
Anyways.. I'm looking forward to getting some good information.
