I have strong management and accounting background and looking to exchange that knowledge for a private residence.
If you own rental properties in or near downtown Atlanta and need assistance managing your property and maintaining your books and can provide a private space for me to live, LOOK NO FURTHER!
I can offer the following services:
Create and maintain a filing system of current and future tenants, vendors, employees and contractors (paper as well as electronic)
Create and maintain accounting database or system with tenants, vendors, employees and contractors (for tax purposes)
Report and pay all state, federal, and employee tax responsibilities
Pay and track all bills related to property in a timely manner
Collect monthly rental/lease payments and make deposits
Send out welcome newsletters, renewal notifications, late notices, etc.
File legal proceedings if/when necessary
Facilitate securing permits, licenses, and meet all tax responsibilities (in regards to city requirements)
Complete various account and credit card reconciliations, and financial statement preparation for owner(s), board members, and/or investors.Feel free to contact me for inquiries and additional discussion.
