first come, first serve!
One real estate webmaster per state - give us an article of about 1,000 words about your state, not real estate. We will give you a top banner link to your real estate web site right above the article.

hehe ... so does your article ... everyone, show visitors what you love about your state

P.S.: New Jersey has been taken as well and this home page banner
http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/stateinfo2.jpg

leads here http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/real-estate-information.html which will then lead to all of our individual state directory pages.

Mike, or Anyone,

Why is everybody and their brother making a new search engine?

I have been finding a lot of new search engines. Are directories really on their way out so everyone is building SE's now?

Hi Raheel,

Your first two posts made sense, your third had everyone scratching their heads, now this one? I'm not sure how to answer your question.

Do you have an article to submit to us about a specific state?

frobn
05-09-2005, 02:30 PM
I will do one for Florida, but it will take me one or two weeks to complete it.

Phoenix Realtor
05-09-2005, 03:40 PM
Hi frobn,

We'll have to wait for Mike to join in to see if Florida is taken or not. Start writing though, get it done! If nothing else, you can always make another page on your own site with the new content, or blog it, or better yet, blog peices of it with a link back to your main site on many different blogs. :D

Everyone else, there are still a lot of openings available in a lot of states. Get yours today because they will will all eventually be gone.

Phoenix Realtor

At what URL?

InOtherWords, where can we look for them on Friday?

Real Estate Forum
05-25-2005, 11:50 AM
When clicking on "state info and resources" here (http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/) , you will be led to a new page featuring all the states :)

Phoenix Realtor
05-25-2005, 12:30 PM
Cool. I'll take a look Friday!

KSA
05-25-2005, 12:50 PM
Me, too!

Just curious - what is the difference between the listings on the resources pages, and the listings you get to from clicking on the map?

Real Estate Forum
05-25-2005, 02:15 PM
Those pages will all be short articles and info about the state you live in and the one person who submitted the article is going to get a top banner link to his local real estate site :) If you are not in the real estate industry yourself (like me), you can add a client's site or a friend's.

As long as the site services the real estate industry in your state and is not banned by the search engines :)

Thank you !

Just wanted to make sure nothing needs to be fixed later :)

Phoenix Realtor

I have to agree wiht that! There is so much to get done, the last thing anyone needs is to go back and re-do work youv'e already done. Do it as best you can the first time, then changes will be minimal.

Looking good Mike!

So far so cool:
http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/georgia/ http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/illinois/ :)

Also send me a banner to your own site :) (that includes you, Matt)

If it is not in the size like the sample one, we will format it to that size because we want everything to look uniform.

Do you have a logo, Judy?
If not, check out the contest we have on sitepoint (http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=268625&page=1&pp=25)

We offer $100.00 but you can enter for as low as $40.00

Mike -- Those banners are going to be linked, aren't they? I didn't include my URL because I thought the link would be active.

Judy - If you don't want something too extravagant, I can make one for you - they're small. You could use your Major logo? Email me if you want.

I'm still in the process of getting my personal logo created but getting good photos of myself is holding up the process (might never get done-LOL)! So maybe I'll send you (Kathleen) a photo of my new real estate signs (not related to my logo) & see if a banner could be easily created from those.

My office promotes agent recognition, not office recognition, so I don't think I want to just use my company logo.

I'll send you an e-mail Kathleen & thanks for the offer.
