IggysListing

Hi.
I am new to the forum.
I have 2 new sites, IggysListing.com (not affiliated with IggysHouse.com)
and HomeRanks1.com.
I am a real estate broker and investor from NC. Several months ago I
paid a flat fee MLS service to list my own property. Not long ago I heard
of IggysHouse.com and became sold on the concept. My site presents
the free MLS service as well as important information the seller or FSBO
needs to know.
The concept behind Homeranks1.com is this. Most real estate for sale is
hidden in a sea of ads and most marketing that is done is sparse if at all.
My site showcases one home per city and state and if I do my job right,
the home will get lots of exposure. I have had some success already even
though the site is not finished. I decided to present it early to gain exposure for several properties I am marketing. I intend to integrate HomeRanks1.com and some new blogs into IggysListing soon to provide a complete information package for consumers.
