I am very excitied to be on this forum and look forward to some good advice and also to meet some new cool people in the biz.

Are there still any investors looking for wholesale properties to turn in the retail market. I am coming across some pretty cool deals and do not necessarily have the cash for holding on to. I am running the #'s and they look good so if there are any investors that want to partner up let me know. Especially if you are out of towners looking to get into the SF market.

Good to hear from S. Florida. Are you from the Gulf or pacific side? Given that the news is reporting that prices are dropping for all of Florida, it maybe hard to get investors.
