Hey there everybody! My name is Michael, a birddogger and IT guy from NJ. I have a cousin and a good friend who are also in the business. I guess I am not officially in the business though it feels like I am. I do spend a lot of time searching out "for sale by owner" property for a few companies which can be exhausting balancing the two jobs. Not getting much sleep these days.
Anyway, take care for now.

Hello Mike! Welcome to the forum! What part of NJ are you in? North our South? Our town now seems to have more folks from NJ and NY then natives.

Welcome Michael,
You say that you birddog for a few companies, what is the compensation they pay you?
What types of properties are you looking for?
Are you also searching for your friend and cousin?
Drop me an e-mail, and I'll see if I can help you. I know how exhausting birddogging is.
Hope to hear from you!
Take care,
Jean
