RESPA Update - suit is bogus, say Tulsa affiliates!

An Oklahoma homeowner made the first shot when he filed a RESPA class action suit against several Tulsa-based companies who recently settled RESPA violation charges with HUD for a hefty sum. Now, McGraw Davisson Stewart Realtors, Closings of Tulsa, Builder’s Title and several of their affiliates are firing back, demanding that the district court dismiss all of the RESPA charges against them. Their reasoning: “The court lacks subject matter jurisdiction in this case.”
