I just got some of the best news I have gotten since the beginning of this year. I was talking with a broker friend and he has programs that are still 100% LTV and can fund on 400 fico score. He is sending me an email with everything he is able to fund on. I will post when I get the email. If you are intrested and have clients that need to by/sell/refi but were unable due to programs beig shut down I can forward you his info. He is willing to do broker co-op I think he said $1000.00 but don't quote me I will know everything once he emails me. He said he would have it to me within 48 hours. The broker co-op split depends on how much work you need him to do and that you can work out with him.
