Thanks for the website. Only in the first day of reading your pages, i have found how to improve my website maybe a 100% of how it is now.

I want to suggest a forum for TOP foreign real estate, like the "hotest point on the globe". That is because the country where i live is being sold so fast that can be on that category.

I have never seen a Foreign Property folder in a real estate forum, that didn't become a moderator nightmare.

Spam, language barriers, etc become rampant.


Not saying that its not possible - but it would take a VERY diligent group of moderators that like to work a lot to try and stay on top of it.

I know you meant it as a joke - but actually, Iraq might be a good real estate market to invest if you are looking LONG TERM.

Its definitely a buyer's market right now - and it has the potential to increase in value many times - IF things ever get sorted out over there, and you had the stomach/money to wait it out.


But, I'm not that adventuresome - so I'd probably look elsewhere. :)

I deal mostly with Florida Real Estate. We have a pretty busy market down here. Sure, it suffers the pitfalls of the RE Market. But, hey, is there one that doesn't.

A joke? Maybe not. Remember Germany or Japan and all these place destroyed. There were so much to do, no unemployement for a long time, making the market really good...:rolleyes:

For anyone whose real estates signs are only on the neighbor yard, and in other 3 or 4 houses on the same street, is unimaginable a section for real estate offshores. But if you are REALLY into business, there is a world outside that needs to be sold.

Start a foreing real estate section, divided by country, region, what ever you think can make the site work ok. I´ll be there if you need a moderator.
