Category suggestion

I notice there is no category for appraisals. While I understand the site is focused on realtors and the public having contact with realtors, I feel there is a significant interest in real estate appraisal. I can absolutely gaurantee that any realtor making sales withing the last year has had some kind of appraisal issue. Actually, 2 friends of mine who just recently bought houses, both has appraisal issues. I'm sure the general public could get baffled if homes are LISTED for X amount and their house didn't appraise, even if the sales price is near X.

I don't know what kind of traffic it would get, I might be one of the only active appraisers on here lol. Just a suggestion.
