Hi,

My name is Stephen and I am from Upstate NY. I am not a realitor but instead i offer a service to realitors to make selling homes easyer. What i do is create floor plans of houses for sale to be placed online or in brochures. This allows perspective buyers the chance to take these papers home to look at the layout of the home they are interested in. This helps the buyer imagine how things will fit in the new home. This also helps the owners remember the home they looked at when they probably all ready looked at a few homes that same day. my service is extremely affordable and is a great addition to the information packets that you are all ready handing out.

The floor plans sounds like a nifty addition to a marketing effort.

I assume you only do the upstate NY area?

Or do you do layouts in other areas? How do you go about getting the information to to do the layout?

Sometimes i am able to work with people from other areas if they can supply me with measurements and possibly a rough sketch. the sketch would not have to be to scale. What i have done before is have someone fax or email me a sketch And then i turn it into a professionally prepared floor plan drawn in AutoCAD. If the property is close enough to me then i am able to take all of the measurements my self. If multiple properties needed to be done i may be able to travel further however i usually do not make enough on these drawings to make it worth traveling to far. Maybe we will be able to work something out.
