A Community Land Trust has proposed to build a 32 unit "affordable housing" development on our small, quiet road. The CLT insists that this is not low-income housing, nor subsidized projects, etc. Is there any research or sources that can suggest what the likely affect on our property's value might be if the project is approved and built?
