Have any realtors here ever had issues with other agents in there neighborhood? Specifically, other agents who seem to think "they" are the neighborhood REALTOR.

It's just competition, and I loooove competition...
The more flat fee brokerage out there, the more I list for higher %% for example....

I had some one in my office lose a listing because the listing was in an area that another agent advertises in. I was shocked by it. They were screwing a few people in the office that's why I don't work there anymore.
