Howdy y'all. I've been renting my old house, in E. Texas. We have moved to Dallas now. The house is fully paid off. Experience is mixed, good and bad with tennants. However, I do plan on investing some more in that general area, possibly in apt complexes. Any advise and suggestions will be most apprecaited. Thank you all.
