If a Murder Suicide has taken place in a Home will it effect the Sales Price when being sold?

I would imagine it could. Non-natural deaths within 3 years must be disclosed.

We had a case a couple of years back in Spain that resulted in the property being sold for 20,000 euros under the bank valuation due to a murder taking place at a property.

Locals must of put a hell of alot of people off, and knowing what happened there would probably put alot more people off. I wouldn't feel comfortable in a property knowing something bad had happened there, so I am sure it would decrease the value of a property where ever it is.

It was a nice house though !
