I need a new job( a carrer change). I am trying to learn about real estate because I find it interesting and possibly very lucrative. I know practically nothing about it so you can expect to see quite a few posts from me. I am looking forward to talking to many of you and I hope my questions dont seem too elementary. From using this forum and whatever I can get my hands on to learn a little about real estate I hope to understand my way to the Penthouse level of discussion and maybe make some cash. I am a member on some other types of forums and I find it very fun and I hope to have a good time here with you guys!
