New Construction ideas?

Hi,

I'm new to this forum...obviously.

I've been investing in real estate and stocks
for about 3 years now. I have a mentor who
is an online guru.

My goal is to be able to never have to worry
about money.

ummm...

I am a 23 year old midwestern girl who is just
wanting to connect with some people to generate
some new and better ideas.

Two minds are ALWAYS better than one.

I have most recently been dealing with
new construction in Texas which seems to
be on the up & up.

Anybody want to merge some creative juices?
