I am pretty new to the real estate investing stuff and was thinking about going to some real estate seminars to see what types of investing I can do, but I read on this site "truthaboutseminars.com" that these seminars do not teach you what you need to know to actually make the real money. I also got approached about a real estate school named "nrustudent.com" which is a real estate school for investors. It seemed great but has anyone ever heard of this? If so I would appreciate any advice about this school or any other advice regarding how I should get started on learning the business of real estate investing. I dont want to spend money on a seminar if it is a waste of money. I appreciate anyone's help given.
