Hello my name is Keith I have a commercial property in Fort Pierce Florida the building is about 2000 sq ft. Needs work, would like to fix up and use as executive offices. The good news the property is 1 block from a proposed Federal Courthouse to be built soon.
My thought is to fix up and possibly rent space to builders who will be working on the Courthouse. I'm in a catch 22 no money to property and need remodel to rent the space. The city has a grant for $10,000 to use for appearance, new windows landscaping .
Is there anyone out there willing to take part in this venture with me ?
